If you're seeing unintentional or automatic unsubscribes in your Maileon account, this is probably due to contacts having a spamfilter that automatically checks all the links in received email. When this includes the unsubscribe link, the contact is directly unsubscribed. You can avoid this by enabling the indirect unsubsciption process in your Maileon account settings > Contact management:
